Blossom Class is a Nurture provision for mainstream pupils led by Miss Pryce, Mr Anthony and Mrs Fogg.  It offers children the opportunity to step away from the whole-class environment and work within a small, nurturing group where individual needs can be met. This setting supports the development of friendships and positive relationships with adults in a warm, accepting, and homely environment.

Our small-group provision supports children to continue making progress in their learning while also developing as individuals. This may include building confidence, managing anxiety, forming positive friendships, or developing communication skills. Some children access Blossom Class daily, while others attend during afternoon sessions, depending on their individual needs.

During sessions, children work on individualised curriculum targets, explore ways to keep both their minds and bodies healthy. They are supported to develop strategies for relaxation and emotional regulation, including meditation, visualisation, and mindfulness activities, helping them to manage anxiety and build resilience.
